Who We Are
Santanyi Development began as a single builder and a promise: to build every home as if it were our own. Two decades later, that promise still guides everything we do.
Today we are a small, tight-knit team spanning three generations of the same family. We keep our craft in-house — from carpentry to stonework — because we believe the quality of a home is set by the hands that build it.
We take on only a handful of projects a year. It's a deliberate choice: it lets us stay on every site, know every client by name, and stand behind every home we hand over.
